We thought product defective but after reading other comments and reviews we figured out the problem. So my biggest complaint is with the directions-many important steps are left out. Our canopy is up now and looks good and we will not be returning after all.The canopy itself is great. The frame is sturdy and we don't have issues with the canopy itself. The problem is the awning. For the life of us we could not figure out how to get the canopy on but have the awning usable. There's a small opening in the corner and you would think you can slide the arms through it, nope, you can't because of the support frame. So we have the tent up, we rolled up the awning on the one side & have the back side just hanging down.I really like this canopy. The extra 6.5 feet of shade is amazing. The setup is a little tricky, because the instructions are not clear. But it's a canopy. It's not hard. The only thing is setting up the awnings, that's probably the most time-consuming part. A normal canopy is assembled in maybe 5 minutes. This one is going to take at least 10 because of the four screws you have to deal with when setting up the awnings. Then you have the pole that goes through the fabric that goes between the awnings arms. Other than that, it's like having two canopies with all the extra shade.Tldr: the awnings are a pain, but worth the hassle.Really liked this canopy for what we use it for. We use it during our summer 4-H horse program. The audience faces the West sun and the awning gives additional shade and coverage. Made our neighboring canopy dwellers jealous! I have several that asked for a link to where I got it and others that threatened to steal it!?I really wanted to like this canopy, and if it came with everything, I probably would have. It's in 5 days, of this review, so there's no point in me replacing it. I'm sure if it had all the parts I would have kept it. I don't know for sure, but this might have been a unit that was laying around and cherry-picked for parts. I normally don't return items, but if I'm spending close to $200 I expect a brand new unopened product.*UpdateThey sent me a new one, just in time too! The return and replacement was very easy. New canopy was 100x better. No damage and all pieces accounted for. I play a fair amount of beach volleyball and use this canopy every time. People love, always ask where I got it from.Lots of room for my outdoor kitchen while camping. Love the extra shade provided by the extensions. Easy to set up and take downAfter only a handful of uses, I noticed our canopy fabric had several holes (the size of a grain of rice or smaller). I reached out to the company (on their website, as their support link via amazon doesn’t work) asking if they had repair kits for purchase. They told me I had to replace the canopy, there were no other options, and further, clothing companies don’t provide repair kits so why should they? Um - because you make TENTS?? And many companies who make quality products DO either have or can recommend repair kits. So rather than provide a recommendation for repairing their product, they want it in a landfill.Needless to say, I won’t be a repeat customer.It's the complete package, but it's heavy. Assembly is much the same as any other canopy, recommend two people just for ease and speed. First one showed up broken, replaced without issue. Look for cracks upon opening. I also recommend using water jugs in the weighted bags instead of trying to fill them with gravel as that will, undoubtedly, spill.There are some engineering and manufacturing issues. Some of the elastic loop straps were already loose upon arrival and the top isn't designed very well to work with the swing-out sides. If I'd payed $300+, I'd be upset but this is a great price for a canopy of this size so I only knocked off a star.I bought this Gazebo last Nov for my business show in Christmas fair. I was given a very limited time to prepare the store setup and decoration. This gazebo helped me a lot. It is super easy to install by two of us and provides neat and organized image for our store, which made our product stand out from many others. The quality of gazebo is not bad at all that I was a little worried about due to some negative previous review. I had used it for a few Christmas fairs last year Nov and Dec . So far everything is good and it is very convenient to put back to the black bag for car transport and storage as well. I tried to set it up in my garden a few days ago and just to see if I can use this for my family. It was really huge and the wonderful dual half awnings can provide a surprisingly bigger shaded area than normal gazebo. I can put a lot of garden furniture under. We can’t wait the summer to come and enjoy the barbecue party.We bought two of these for the jubilee weekend as it was my daughters first birthday party.Of course on the Sunday it was due to rain so we thought we better get some gazebos as a back up plan.They took 5mins to assemble and sheltered from the drizzle and light rain we had.Everyone commented on how nice they were and that the side panels were a great touch.Would they withstand heavy rain? I’m unsure but these are great for if British summer doesn’t want to play ball.It also comes in a carry case with wheels at the bottom. Great idea for transportation. Overall I’m very pleased.The product is very good and was very sturdy but unfortunately during the storm in February the material got ripped up. The frame is still standing strong though. Would the seller be able to contact me and send me a new set of materials to put on?The three piece pole that goes in the side canopy has three end pieces therefore does fit together. How can I get the correct centre piece send out to me? The only option I seem to have is to send the whole thing back which is not what I want to do. Can someone assist me through here?The fact that the delivery box had been re-taped should have been a sign. This was the state of the carry bag upon opening - muddy, with holes in, clearly not brand new.
