I recommend this pop up, I do a lot of outdoor events, I could not imagine an easier to use pop us it’s rains we stay dry we chose white to be less hot as we are in North Carolina, it’s fantastic !!A we had it anchored with 6 concrete forms, 1 tire and 1 engine block. Frame bent, canopy ripped, and still went flying. Causing damage to 2 trailers, and a vehicleIf you're a craft show vendor, don't waste your money on this garbage excuse for a canopy tent. It's not the proper dimensions as advertised. This became readily aparrent after attempting to hang our 10 foot banner, only to see it hanging as loosely as your grandfather's family jewels. The legs have fallen out multiple times and the buttons to lock/unlock them are difficult to work with. Cheap Chinese garbage. If you're only using it for protection from the sun at the beach or at a family gathering, it will probably be alright... However, if your purpose is more professional spend the extra $100 on an ABC Canopy.Overall seems like a great purchase. I'm glad I chose this canopy that came with the side wall! Blocked out the afternoon sun!I put it up by myself, so took a lot longer, but can be done.I gave 4 stars because the instructions do not mention the clips, cover or side wall. Make sure the cover is on before lifting. I knew that but it ought to be mentioned. Another reviewer mentioned attaching the side wall before lifting & I'm glad they did! And make sure the clips are on the correct side if the poles before lifting. A couple of mine weren't and I'm a shorty so either have to get a step stool or lower it to fix them. At first I couldn't figure out what they were supposed to clip to but they expand and clip to the bars. All in all, a great purchase and will help with the hot TX heat! The metal frame part was dusty when it arrived which was weird but the metal is very sturdy feeling and the clips that extend the legs are pretty okay (one takes a lot of jumbling around to lock in place) but overall I love this tent and it's exactly what I wanted! I can assemble and disassemble by myself but it goes faster with another person. I've opened it 3 times, 2 to test it out and a third for an art popup and it was perfect. The back wall part and the bags were selling points for me and I'm glad I went with this setup. I used concrete chunks in the bags and that made it secure with the wind and the carrying case was super handy for my popup but it might not last long with regular use. Definitely not something to leave outside for long periods of time but I'm really happy with what I need it for.Out of all the pop-up canopies I looked at, I chose this one, mostly because it had a sidewall, roller bag, and sound bags included. I’m so glad that I made that choice because this canopy really delivers…Pros:• Roller bag included.• One side wall included.• comes with four sandbags.• Legs are adjustable to three heights*.• Has easy button-release system.• Quick set up with two people, but can be done by one (just slower).• Shade canopy is a quality material.• Velcro on the inside of the canopy attaches to the frame, making it virtually windproof.• Strong rope and stakes for tying the canopy down.• Very heavy duty steel frame.• Waterproof and UV resistant.Cons:• A bit large when collapsed in the bag (as can be seen in the listing photo).Tips:• Put the shade canopy on before fully expanding the frame horizontally, and definitely before extending the legs vertically. (I learned this the hard way!)• *It is unnecessary (and a bit less sturdy) to extend the legs to the tallest level… unless you are 9 feet tall of course. A 7-foot person can easily walk under the canopy without ducking when it is only at the middle/second height level.I had high hopes for this. We typically buy cheaper canopies to use as extra shade over an evaporative cooler in the New Mexico high desert. They typically last one season and then the sun degrades the material and it disintegrates. I've done this for 3 years. This time I spent more and bought what I hoped would be one that would last more than a season. When I felt the extremely light weight, thin plastic like material I was concerned. Rightly so. It didn't even last the first day.First the D ring and webbing popped the seam and unthreaded a corner during installation of the top. Then I noticed there were no wind vents, and sure enough a light breeze ripped the top right off, despite being velcro and snapped in place in the corners and middles. Fortunately one corner velcro held and we didn't lose the top in the wind. That said, the frame itself is among the best I've seen at this price point. I'm not going to return it because of the frame. Instead I am ordering 90% shade cloth and I'll rig up a way of installing it over the frame.Unless you have the money, time, and motivation to buy extra shade cloth and do something similar, I'd advise not buying this canopy. The cheap material is a joke, and it clearly is not durable and won't last.Canopy is easy to put up and seems sturdy, it only comes with 4 stakes and not enough to put in every whole on the base. The sidewall doesn't match the canopy top. We ordered red and got a burgundy sidewall, when going to order more side walls red isn't even an option for the 10x10.
