The canopy fits our old gazebo well. I was worried that it would be a tight fit, but it is generously sized to fit our 10 x 10 frame, so there were no issues with it. The quality seems good, well sewn seams, and the netting was nice. I wish it had tie backs for the corners as our original ones had, as there is no way to hold the screens open when we want. I had expected the vented top to have some screen between it and the gazebo top, but it just lays on the layer below. So, if it's not perfectly flat, it leaves a gap that allows insects in. It hasn't been a huge deal, but it seems like an odd design to me.Overall, we are happy with it, and it will allow us to get several more years out of our existing gazebo frame.We have had this replacement canopy for 3 weeks now - it seems to be good quality and the fit is great to our standard 10x10 frame. I'm very impressed with the sewing around the zippers that attach to the canopy - it's high quality sewing and I think will hold up well. The only negative is there is nothing for tying back the corners of the screen - you have to ultimately unzip all screen sections - would be nice to have some attached Velcro loops on the out side to collect the screen in the corners to have it open. I've created a make-shift tie back.Our replacement canopy worked great, we just put it on and there was a little extra fabric that kind of puddles on floor of deck, but thats ok. It didn't come with the solid panel that blocks sunlight, but I had saved mine from the other canopy that came with the frame. The canopy was very easy to put on, we have our frame bolted down on our deck, right off our kitchen sliding doors. It helps with the hot afternoon sun coming into our kitchen, helps keep utility bills down. I would definitely recommend this canopy to anyone looking for a replacement. It will extend the life of the frame I have for a few more years!I was very impressed with the quality of the replacement canopy and netting for my 10x10 gazebo when I first put it up. It has continued to impress me too, by holding up to some strong wind storms and small hail. The netting zips on which seems to make the whole thing much sturdier. The previous ones I've owned had a separate "curtain" of netting that seemed to blow in the wind too much. I would highly recommend this replacement canopy. I'm sure it will eventually give in to the weather here, but I think it will definitely outlast our previous canopy replacements.looks beautiful and fits just like the original. we will need to provide some extra supports to the underside to keep the rain from pooling but we needed to do that to the original too. slightly disappointed that there is no way to tie back the netting panels but with some engineering we think we can work something out .The replacement canopy was excellent. It took a little work to fit it to the old frame,however all is fine. If anyone needs assistance in how to best make it work, they may feel free to contact me.I liked everything about it but was too short by a few inches along the bottom. This will let the insects in and the purpose of the canopy and netting was to keep the majority of the critters out.Used item, listed in very good condition, arrived dry rotted, moldy, holes forming.We had a pop up gazebo, but the original canopy and screen were to worn out to use any further. This was posted on Amazon as a universal 10x10 ft canopy and screen. It arrived on time and about one month later we put up the gazebo. It fit nicely and was better than the original that came with the pop up gazebo. The original screen was secured in place with velcro straps, this replacement is all zippered in with 4 zippered openings as well. Much better and could not be happier with this purchase.Good product, easy to install. Feels and looks good and durable. One issue - the top of the cover has few attachment points and can leak water in windy weather. I'd prefer it to be sewed on better, but otherwise good cover for the money, better than I expectedWe are very happy with this replacement canopy. Bravo!Not as durable as I would like however it's it perfectly on a very old frame.
